All orders require payment before shipping. In most cases, cards are charged before processing order. Typical processing time is 1-3 business days. Custom orders require payment before production. At this time, we are only able to offer Net 30 for high volume shops. Thank you!
Helpful Wholesale Info:
Damage: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Order Shortage: If you are missing an item in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Missing items will be sent within 7 days from the date of purchase.
***We do not accept returns of items because of non-sale in the store.
***No returns will be accepted after 15 days
***We do not accept returns on custom items. Defective custom items will be replaced or incur a credit for a future order purchase at the discretion of the shop owner.
Process: A Return must be authorized before being shipped back. If authorized, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you per your email associated with your account. Once the items have been received at our warehouse, the return / replacement will be processed.
Turn around time:
Most in stock items can be processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) Customs order are normally ready within 1-2 weeks.
Wholesale orders ship with the most economical provider. If you order requires a rush in shipping, please contact us before fulfillment. You will be able to track your order from your shipping email confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is correct on your order confirmation. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
