Helpful Wholesale Info:


All retailers must list items at the minimum retail price as listed on our retail website.

New print releases are not allowed to go on pre-sale before they are in your possession. You may not sell new releases on your website or social before they are in your store.

New print release items cannot be discounted until the end of the season.

We reserve the right to but items on sale or clearance at the end of the season.

We reserve the right to cancel your order and account if these terms are violated.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customercare@emersonandfriends.com Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Order Shortage:  
If you are missing an item in your shipment, please contact us immediately at customercare@emersonandfriends.com.  Missing items will be sent within 7 days from the date of purchase.
***We do not accept returns of items because of non-sale in the store.
***No returns will be accepted after 15 days
***We do not accept returns on custom items.  Defective custom items will be replaced or incur a credit for a future order purchase at the discretion of the shop owner. 
 A Return must be authorized before being shipped back.  If authorized, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you per your email associated with your account.  Once the items have been received at our warehouse, the return/replacement will be processed.  
Turn around time: 
Most in stock items can be processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) Customs order are normally ready within 1-2 weeks.  


We ship Monday-Friday from Clearwater, FL.  In stock items ship the same day or next day using the most economical method.

Shipping Types: USPS First Class 3-5 Business Days.  USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days. UPS Ground 3-5 Business Days. 

Please make sure your shipping address and contact info are correct.  Once your items have shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. 


All returns require an authorization. Please email customercare@emersonandfriends.com with your order number, issue, and preferred resolution. Refunds must be requested within 30 days after delivery. 

International Orders: 

We offer international orders for both wholesale and retail customers seeking US baby brands.  For retail order, we will send using your chosen carrier. Please note USPS International can take up to 40 days for delivery to some countries.  For wholesale, you will receive your invoice and shipping estimate after you submit your order.  ***Emerson and Friends is not responsible for any additional fees for import during customs declarations. Please check your countries import laws to plan accordingly.  When checking out, please be sure to supply the correct contact information to ensure timely delivery through customs.***

Wholesale customers may also place international orders through Tundra.
