Emerson and Friends will gladly accept returns/exchanges of products purchased directly from both our online and brick and mortar stores within our guidelines listed below. If you purchased from a 3rd party retailer, please contact the retailer for their store specific policy.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Self-Return Step-By-Step Instructions
1. Log into your Emerson and Friends account to start self return. Click Here
2. Once logged in, find your order and click the “request return” button for that order.
3. Select the items you want to return, select a reason and tap the now clickable “Request Return” button.
4. Once completed, your return will be reviewed.
- If return is eligible, an email will be sent with the next steps to complete your return.
- If return is not eligible, you will receive an email and an update in your account stating your request is declined.
For Emerson and Friends in-store purchases, returns and exchanges must be processed in- store only.
HOW DO I START AN EXCHANGE?

1. Log into your Emerson and Friends account to start exchange. Click Here
2. Once logged in, find your order and click the “request return” button for that order.
3. Select the items you want to exchange, select a reason and fill in the note with the product/size you’d like to exchange for and tap the now clickable “Request Return” button.
4. Once completed, your exchange will be reviewed.
- If your exchange is eligible, an email will be sent with the next steps to complete.
-If exchange is not eligible, you will receive an email and an update in your account stating your request is declined.
For Emerson and Friends in-store purchases, returns and exchanges must be processed in-store only.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE?
We offer free returns/exchanges on items following these guidelines:
- Merchandise purchased directly from Emerson and Friends (with proof of purchase)
- Within 30 days of delivery date
- In original condition, unwashed and unworn
- With tags and in original packaging
WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
- Gift Cards
- Any food or beverage product
- Clearance and Warehouse Sale items
- Additional exclusions may apply
Damaged/Incorrect items MUST be reported with photo of damage within 7 days of receiving the goods to customercare@emersonandfriends.com.
GIFT EXCHANGES
Please email customercare@emersonandfriends.com or visit our Emerson and Friends brick and mortar store with the following information to start gift exchange:
- Email address or Website Order Number associated with gift purchase (required)
- Item(s) wished to be exchanged, along with exchange replacement(s)
Without Emerson and Friends’ proof of purchase, gift exchange is not eligible.
Gifted items are not eligible for return or refund.
ARE THERE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
- Orders purchased directly through Emerson and Friends are eligible for FREE returns/exchanges provided they follow our return/exchange guidelines.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded, only the cost of the product is eligible for refund.
- A return shipping label and instructions will be provided at no cost to you, when your return is approved.
- We are not responsible for item(s) sent back to us through personal couriers and shipping labels. All approved returns/exchanges must have Emerson and Friends return label issued at time of approval.

POLICY MISUSE
We are happy to offer free returns and exchanges to loyal customers. However, if more than 5 orders are returned within a 12-month period, the customer will be subject to a modified return-policy which may include additional fees and charges to process requests or request denial.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
For International returns/exchanges please email customercare@emersonandfriends.com the following information to start return/exchange:
- Email address or Website Order Number associated with purchase (required)
- Item(s) wished to be returned/exchanged, along with exchange replacement(s) if applicable
Without Emerson and Friends’ proof of purchase, return/exchange is not eligible.
International customers will be required to pay for all shipping and customs charges associated with return/exchange.
