Return, Exchanges, Damages

If you’re looking to return or exchange your Emerson and Friends website order, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Boutique returns must be processed at the store in which they were purchased.  

In order to process your return or exchange please email us at customercare@emersonandfriends.com to receive a Return Authorization.

To initiate a return or exchange, please include the following in your email:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason
  3. Resolution preference
  4. Picture of damaged item (if necessary)

If a product is damaged in transit or due to a manufacturer error please include a picture.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to include a picture of item that was received. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
