Our products are designed in house and sold both retail to direct customers and wholesale to retailers across the United States and internationally. Our products are carried in both regional boutiques and clothing chains. We also have our own retail children’s boutique, located in Clearwater.

Warehouse Associate

  • Emerson and Friends is hiring a warehouse associate to perform order fulfillment, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse duties at our Clearwater warehouse location.
  • ORDER FULFILLMENT Pulling retail and wholesale orders from stock locations, as well as orders from our retail location Verifying orders for accuracy Packing and shipping orders Giving packages to pickup drivers Occasionally dropping off packages at USPS, UPS, and Fedex locations
  • RECEIVING Unloading and sorting incoming inventory packages Counting incoming inventory and comparing numbers to packing lists

Customer Service + Order Processor

  • Emerson and Friends is hiring an associate to handle all functions of our retail and wholesale order processing and customer service. This is an on-site position located at our office/warehouse location. The associate will be responsible for interactions with retail and wholesale customers to resolve any issues with orders and to assist them with any other questions or concerns. The associate will oversee the processing and organizing of all retail and wholesale orders, working with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of products to customers. The associate will maintain an accurate database of customer accounts to smooth the process from sale to a fulfillable order. The associate will also serve as a backup to assist our Countryside Retail Team team during peak times.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE RETAIL & WHOLESALE Ensure excellent customer service monitoring email, messages, and phone
  • Create customer service tickets, solving issues in a timely manner including filing claims for chargebacks, missing packages, etc.

Inventory Control Specialist

  • We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock management, and contributing to the overall success of our warehouse operations.
  • Accurately tracking, recording, and updating inventory levels through the use of our Inventory management Systems.
  • Restock picking locations and transfer inventory from one stock location to another
  • Receive incoming shipments, create receiving documents, inspect items for quality, ensure quantities are correct, and document discrepancies and/or damages.
  • Enter inventory data into the system, maintain records, and generate reports as required.
  • Perform stocktakes, cycle counts, low counts, and monthly counts.
  • Restock retail storefront as well as pull inventory needed from storefront for ecommerce orders.
  • Check in and deliver storefront retail items.
  • Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping when needed.
  • Help with warehouse cleanliness and efficiency. This is done by restocking supplies, removing trash, and ensuring everything is safe, orderly, organized, and clean.

Executive Assistant to the CEO

  • Role Overview: As the Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO's office. You will provide high-level administrative support, handle a wide range of executive and personal responsibilities, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
  • Calendar Management: Proactively manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize time and prioritize commitments.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external partners, filtering and responding to inquiries, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion. Take meeting notes, document procedure changes and distribute meeting notes when needed.

  • We are seeking someone who will oversee Emerson and Friend's financial health, making strategic decisions to optimize economic performance through budgeting, financial analysis, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects. This is an on-site position located at our office/warehouse location. The Financial Manager will be responsible for supervision and coordination of daily accounting activities, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy across accounts and platforms.
